Envisioned and designed by Hynes Developments, Seylynn Village is an evolving developmental experiment that blends the favourable concepts of village life with high density mixed use and a variety of other social innovations, which will set the foundations to enhance social capital and naturally raise the quality of life for its residents.
Our hopes are to cultivate and strengthen the connection between people and place through innovative design and to create a place that harmonizes nature with humanity. We do so by incorporating the core elements of sustainability into our design.
