Seylynn Village will be a place defined by its community. In order to encourage a vibrant, dynamic community, the buildings are designed to accommodate living for all ages, abilities and demographics. With the goal of being barrier free, 100% of the housing units will be built to varying adaptable guidelines. Affordable housing and senior housing will be provided as a way of addressing systemic problems of the larger community. Seylynn Public space, art, trails, and social programs will be provided to celebrate the vitality, artistic abilities and interests of the community.
By incorporating all the necessary elements for enhancing community participation, Seylynn Village hopes to set a precedent for future developments.
